Natasha Watkinson
M.Ed., NCC, LMHC
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my practice focuses on the therapeutic relationship between patient and practitioner, insight into maladaptive patterns, and empowering people to build resiliency, through empathy and respect. I believe -- to effectively uncover what is creating and maintaining our struggles-- the spaces we inhabit, the actions, thoughts and beliefs we attach ourselves to, and our unique, personal histories should all be addressed in a safe, welcoming environment.

Individual and Family Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can often be a way of finding support and self awareness during challenging times. Ultimately, it is the individual who directs their story in a new direction. The Therapist serves as a guide. To have the support of a clinically trained professional who can objectively listen, reflect, and challenge has made the difference for many people between thriving and surviving.
Research shows that Psychotherapy is ultimately successful because of the therapeutic alliance formed between the Patient and Therapist. It is only in the presence of the other, with time, trust, and a commitment to that process, where success can truly be measured for Patient and Therapist alike.
